• The Team covers entry fees for tournaments in which it officially participates.
• If a tournament is LAN-based, the Team provides travel and accommodation for the Player.
• The Team provides two uniforms (light and dark) — jersey and pants.
• The Team provides language learning opportunities by maintaining English as the only communication language within the Team.
• The Team provides mental support to help Players manage competitive pressure and the toxic environment that often surrounds gaming.
• The Team does not charge membership fees, but also cannot offer salary or fixed payments to Players. (This term may be revised if sponsorships become available.)
• In case of tournament winnings, the Team deducts the costs of the last three tournaments (except when one of those was a victory event). The remaining amount is shared equally among the Players — regardless of individual performance. We win and lose together.
• The Team cannot provide hardware. Players are responsible for their own equipment. (This term may be revised if sponsorships become available.)
The Player must use a computer that has never had any cheating software installed — not even for other games. If the Player is caught cheating, the Player will be held financially liable for any reputational damage caused to the Underdogs brand, in proportion to the damage caused. All cheating incidents will be formally reported and may have legal consequences.
The Player may maintain a maximum of two accounts: one Main Account (for competitive play with the Team) and one Fun Account (for practice or casual games). We support fun but we don’t support smurfing. We lose transparently on our main accounts. That is our core. To handle burnout, use our mental coach, that is what he is there for. Don’t throw his job away.
The Player commits to English-only communication within the Team.
The Player commits to open, honest communication at all times, even when uncomfortable. As we all joined with different goals, we must understand what motivates us, what bothers us, and what we enjoy.
The Player commits to three training sessions per week, totalling 15–25 hours of practice time weekly.
The Player must be at least Faceit Level 9+ at the time of joining.
Why we exist? Underdogs was born from a simple idea: win the crowd, not the prize. We don’t promise trophies — we promise growth.
We know esports can be toxic, overwhelming, and sometimes brutal. That’s why we built a space where players learn discipline, language, teamwork, and mental strength —skills that reach far beyond the game itself.
Supporting Underdogs means investing in something that actually matters: a new generation of players who are real, grounded, and emotionally resilient — within a safe, structured environment.
Our players don’t just play — they learn. For sponsors, it’s a chance to stand behind a brand that audiences genuinely love, not just watch. (Look at the logo. Look at our name. If you don't love us already, please don't support us.)
We believe every loss teaches more than any win. We’re not here to farm money or results — we’re here to build character, community, and culture.
Support us, and you’re not just funding a team. You’re helping redefine what Hungarian e-sports can be.
Our aim is to leave a mark. Underdogs is not just a team — it’s a mindset. We’re building ourselves from nothing, through our real talents.
